2. About Hair Please

Hair Please is a platform that enables vendors and or service providers to list and sell products or services and allows customers to purchase or book a service provider. Hair Please does not directly sell or manufacture any products other than Hair Please products. All transactions are between customers and individual vendors.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.​

Hair Please reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason deem necessary and proper by Hair Please.

4. Vendor Verification and Responsibilities

Vendors must submit accurate business and product information during the verification process.​ By becoming a verified vendor, you agree to:

• Provide authentic products or professional services.
• Deliver orders or appointments as described.
• Maintain good standing with customers and Hair Please.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including tax and business licensing.

Hair Please reserves the right to revoke verification or remove vendors who fail to meet platform standards and for any other reason deemed necessary and proper by Hair Please.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and payment information.
• Use the platform for legitimate purchases only.
• Refrain from abusive or fraudulent behavior toward vendors or Hair Please staff.

6. Payments and Fees

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.

• Hair Please is not responsible for payment disputes between vendors and customers.
• Subscription and service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Vendors agree to pay applicable subscription fees to maintain their listings or verified status.

7. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are handled directly between the vendor and customer in accordance with the vendor’s refund policy.

Hair Please may assist in dispute resolution at its discretion but is not obligated to mediate or provide compensation.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on Hair Please are owned by or licensed to Hair Please, LLC. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any material without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hair Please provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding vendor performance, product quality, or service outcomes.

Hair Please will apply its best efforts to ensure and verify the authenticity of products and services sold by vendors, however; from time to time, Hair Please may fail to properly authenticate a vendor or product. In such cases, you, as a customer or vendor, agree that Hair Please shall not be held liable or responsible for any vendor’s misrepresentation, false listing, or failure to deliver a product or service as described.

Hair Please is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from transactions between users and vendors.
• Damages caused by product misuse, vendor error, or misrepresentation.
• Service interruptions or technical issues.

10. Termination

Hair Please may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on Hair Please.com/terms, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, Jefferson County without regard to its conflict of law principles.
